ABOUT KLIKOVAC STUDIO

The story of our ceramic studio is a story about a unique artistic couple that combines aesthetics, functionality, and innovation in their work.

Olivera is a lover of the aesthetics of beautiful and minimalist design. She honed her knowledge of ceramics during her studies at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade. After several years of work in education and team collaboration, in 2018, she decides to start her own ceramic studio with the support of her partner. Her desire is to enhance everyday rituals not only for herself but also for others through her creations. She constantly seeks new challenges and pushes her own boundaries. By combining black clay, which symbolizes masculinity and strength, with transparent porcelain that highlights her feminine side, she creates unique pieces of ceramics. Olivera is a pioneer in using transparent porcelain in Serbia and strives to infuse her already recognizable industry product with craftsmanship and authenticity.

Luka earned his doctorate in photography from the same faculty and is responsible for the visual presentation of our products. In addition to photography, Luka is a passionate enthusiast of 3D printing. Each piece of ceramics that is not created on the potter's wheel is carefully designed, drawn, modeled in 3D format, printed in plastic, and then transferred to molds suitable for working with porcelain. Thanks to this process, we can guarantee that every piece of ceramics from our studio is unique and one-of-a-kind.

In our ceramic studio, we combine a passion for beautiful design, the skill of handmade craftsmanship, and technological innovation to create extraordinary pieces of ceramics. Our desire is for our products to bring a touch of elegance and originality to the everyday lives of our customers.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Each piece is modeled from the finest porcelain and clay bodies and before it gets its final shape, it goes through a development path lasting about 2-3 weeks. The process itself requires several phases of work - sketch making, preparation and selection of materials, manual and thermal processes - all leading to the final product now being in your hands.
Since each step in the making process is completely manual, no two pieces are identical.
I hope you will enjoy using our pottery every day as much as we enjoyed creating it for you.
