When will my order be shipped?

Your items will be packed and sent within 5 working days after you complete your order, unless notified otherwise by our staff.

When will my order arrive?

The shipping times vary depending on your country. If you are ordering from Serbia, it usually takes up to 2 work days after the package is sent, to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within Europe it takes about 10 days for your order to arrive, for the rest of the world, up to 2 weeks. Once your order is sent, you will receive the tracking number provided by the currier service. We do deliveries in cooperation with the postal services (Post of Serbia).

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the package. Shipping rate will be added to a total amount at the checkout.

Here are some shipping fees:

Serbia: 300 rsd

Slovenia, Macedonia, Croatia, BiH, Montenegro: 8€  flat rate 

Europe: 17€ flat rate 

America: 24€ flat rate

Australia: 30€ flat rate

Asia and Africa: 27€ flat rate 

 

Please review your local importing fees and taxes to avoid any surprises. We ship from Serbia. Refusal to pay any applied custom fees is not grounds for a refund.

Can I pick up the items myself?

Yes! If you happen to be in Belgrade you can place your order online and pick it up yourself
