This shape is inspired by Japanese traditional cup called Yunomi. It is one of the most popular Japanese teacups that is made for informal and daily tea drinking. Traditional teas are served at a temperature between 55C and 80C. Since this temperature is low, Junomi teacup will not burn your hands when you are holding it. On the other hand, during colder months you, just holding the teacup will warm your hands. Finally, what makes this set even more special is the fact that it is made out of finest translucent porcelain, hand painted and decorated with gold, so each set is completely unique.
